HomegrownHandmade, Promotional Contract

Please print this contract for your reference. If you agree to these terms and conditions use our Online Form for adding your site to HomegrownHandmade and submit it for approval.

• I agree to keep my site safe, neat and clean for visitors.
• I agree to be open for visitors at least 20 hours a week and at least two consecutive days a week. This does not apply to annual events such as festivals, or to tours or other sites that may be available by appointment or reservation only. (Example: artist's or craftsperson's studio/gallery at home.)
• If my site is seasonal, I agree to be open regular hours, as stated in my site information, during the season. (Example: a roadside fruit stand or pick-your-own.)
• I agree to accept responsibility for monitoring the information on my site and will contact info@homegrownhandmade.com with any changes.
• I agree to participate in promotion of the HomegrownHandmade site to the best of my ability including:
  • Linking to and from my Web site, if applicable
  • Including the Web address: www.homegrownhandmade.com on my promotional materials
  • Responding to requests from HomegrownHandmade coordinators for information on special events and festivals, participating in packages and promotions
  • Keeping my local chamber and/or tourism authority up-to-date on my activities as a HGHM site
  • Telling my visitors about other sites
• I agree to submit quarterly visitation figures at my site and/or attendance at special events/festivals
