Fayetteville Rose Garden
The Fayetteville Rose Society established The Fayetteville Rose Garden in the early 1970’s at Fayetteville Technical Community College. The thirty-year-old rose beds display more than 35 types of roses and more than 1,000 individual rose bushes and participates in the All American Rose selection. It is listed as a model garden in the reference book Roses For Dummies. The best times for admiring the blooms are from April until the first winter’s frost. Call ahead and request a rose talk, given by one of FTCC’s on-staff horticulturalists.
