Locally grown seasonal fresh fruits and produce are sold at this farmers' market. From April to mid‑June, locals sell fresh picked asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, green onions, greenhouse tomatoes, herbs, lettuce, mustard greens, peas, radishes, spinach, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, turnips, and strawberries, as well as fresh cut flowers and bedding plants. From mid‑June to September, produce includes butter beans, cantaloupe, cucumbers, eggplant, field peas, garlic, green beans, okra, peppers, squash, corn, blueberries, watermelons, blackberries, field grown tomatoes, and fresh cut flowers. When the leaves begin to change hues in October, farmers bring out beets, broccoli, cauliflower, collards, cucumbers, lettuce, mustard greens, pumpkins, spinach, sweet potatoes, turnips, and winter squash. Throughout the season, look for homemade soap and bath products, baked goods, jams, jellies, and farm fresh eggs.
