Bluebird Hill Farm Free-range Guinea fowl and Chickens provide natural fertilizer for a wide variety herbs, flowers and heirloom produce at Bluebird Hill Farm. Insect control is taken care of natrually with companion planting and crop rotation. Take home dried and fresh herbs and herbal blends such as the popular Spice Rub. Vinegars, preserves and crafts are also available seasonally and make great gifts. Tour the gardens by appointment or take part in short seminars on cooking with herbs, growing, and usinng, herbs and flowers. Perfect for small parties and special occasions such as weddings. In early June, the lavender field provides a lovely setting, as does the vine-covered pergola and several intimate garden areas. Catering is available, too.
