Some of the hottest and most entertaining bluegrass groups will thrill thousands at the Annual Big Lick Bluegrass Festival. Our event takes place usually the second weekend of June. Big Lick is a tiny community located 10 minutes south of Albemarle and 20 minutes north of Charlotte. You'll find us on NC Hwy. 205, just minutes off NC Hwy. 24/27 on the way to Oakboro - that's the nearest town, just 2 miles up the road. Come tap your toes, clap your hands, bring a lawn chair and have a great time!
